Room to rent Mon to Fri in the S10 Area

Hello, I have a room to let in my home which is located in the S10 Area. I would prefer someone who has a permanent home elsewhere but needs somewhere during the week from Mon to Fri for work purposes.

Rent includes council tax, water rates, and includes fair usage of electricity and gas.

Shops and lots of restaurants nearby.

Council Tax Band A

If you miss catching one bus there are many other transports that are nearby. There is on-street parking.

You are 15 - 20 minutes walking distance from the City Centre and both universities.

Consideration can be made for short or longer let and there is a £375 deposit required.

This is a female preferred accommodation as I’m female. This is not a home suitable for a party person and you can’t bring people back to the house.

Must be a clean and tidy person who is happy to do their share of weekly cleaning of all shared areas and own bedroom.
