I stayed in the same type of studio in the 2024/2025 academic year and had a wonderful experience, the shared amenities (including a gym, a pool table and a lovely terrace) are superb and the apartment itself is perfect for student living, all within walking distance of the universities.

In addition, I have already paid £393.80 towards the rent which you will not have to pay.
