Fully furnished house with an existing tenant (male, 26y/o professional) and a double room available.

We are moving abroad and are looking for a second renter to live in our house. We are looking for ideally a young professional that will get along with our current tenant, and look after and enjoy our house.

The room includes a king size bed, wardrobe*, TV, chest of drawers, small built-in cupboard with curtain, dressing table/desk and stool, bedside tables, lamp, mirror.

The remainder of the house is fully furnished as can be seen in the photos. The kitchen is further kitted out with cooking equipment and crockery.

The garden/yard is low maintenance. We have a few plants which out current tenant is looking after (along with the houseplants). We also have a BBQ and firepit which can be used, and some garden furniture under a pergola. If you are a keen gardener there are some planters which you are welcome to use.

The house is a classic Sheffield terrace in Walkley. Walking distance to Hillsborough and the tram network, also the 52/52a bus stops right outside and takes you through Crookes and on to the city centre. It is also walking distance to a couple of supermarkets (Hillsborough Morrisons and South road Asda).

There is no dedicated parking, however there is free on street parking on surrounding roads.

The rent includes broadband and water as these are on a fixed rate. Gas, electricity, council tax to be arranged by the tenants.
