A comfortable, well-equipped double room is available in a clean, friendly shared house. The room comes with new furniture, including a double bed, desk, and wardrobe. Rent is £450 per month and includes all bills and Wi-Fi. (Please note: non-students will need to pay council tax separately around 35£ PCM.)

The room is situated on the ground floor next to the kitchen area, but it remains very quiet and private. Originally a living room, it features a fireplace and offers a generous space—larger than a typical double bedroom.

The house is just a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus and tram stops, with direct routes to the city centre and university campus in about 15 minutes. The Arts Tower is a 20-minute walk away. Local amenities are excellent, with Asda, Aldi, and Tesco Extra all nearby.

The house is well looked after and kept clean and dry. It’s currently shared by on third-year Architecture student, one PhD student, a doctor , and we aim to maintain a friendly, respectful environment. The room would suit a student, postgraduate, or young professional looking for a calm and tidy place to live.

Onsite parking is available for residents—no permit needed.
Some current tenants will be moving out at the end of August, so more rooms will be available from September onwards.

Viewings are available in the afternoons, early mornings, or on weekends.
