You’re surrounded by independent cafés, bakeries, pubs and restaurants, and it’s a short walk to Endcliffe Park and Sheffield Hallam University. Great location if you want everything on your doorstep but still a proper neighbourhood feel.

The house is shared with two housemates, one male and one female.

The available room is currently set up as an office, so it can be arranged how you like. Previously it’s been rented as:

• A double room with under bed storage
• A single bed setup with space for a desk and wardrobe

So there’s flexibility depending on what you need.
