A spacious double room is available in a lovely, cozy home. I have a wood burner in the living room for the cold winter nights and a well equipped kitchen for anyone that likes cooking.

• Amenities: A 15-minute walk to the fantastic independent shops, cafes, and bars on Abbeydale Road, with several large supermarkets a similar distance away.

The Garden:
(A Work in Progress!) I am currently developing the garden, which has a unique layout with the back yard and then two more raised areas. It was just a wild area when I moved in and theres still a lot of work to do but if you love growing plants you are more than welcome to get involved!

About Me & The Vibe: 
I’m looking for someone who enjoys being sociable but is equally content having their own space and downtime. This isn't a party house—I have an elderly neighbour, so things are kept respectful—but it is definitely a friendly one. I'm always up for a film night and have a good selection of board games.

Number of People in the House:
There will just be the two of us to begin with I currently work from home in the third bedroom, but I intend to move my workspace to a studio and find a third housemate in the future.
