Studio flat near kelham, bills included

Hi guys! I am moving to a different flat in the building as fragranced air comes into this one from the laundry room and I'm allergic to it. It's not too bad, no one else is bothered by it so I wouldn't worry :D

It is £595 including all bills except for council tax which is band A so £120 which you need to sign up for. You can also apply for a discount.

Open to anyone, the majority of people here are not students and are generally in their 20s.

It's a lovely place close to the centre and shakespeare pub which has lots of events going on. The management (SDP lettings) are really good! You can look up Westbar House for more reviews and info. (The WiFi issue has been resolved).

Where I'm facing is not too loud and the neighbours are all quiet. All the appliances and everything are working fine. They installed a new blind recently which blocks a lot more light. It comes with a double bed and the bathroom is really big.

There is a group chat for the building and lots of friendly people who enjoy hanging out and are happy to help each other out! And I will be staying here so happy to help you settle in 😊

There is no reception team but there is a secure parcel box with distribution on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and you can also deliver Amazon parcels to the shop outside or other places nearby.

New renting terms means there is no fixed contract so you can leave after giving two months notice at any time. You can also request to have a pet.

Deposit situation TBD but I only had to pay around 275.

Move in date soonest ~15th June and latest end of June.
