Plus some great local amenities with several supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, banks, butchers, grocers and fishmongers in walking distance.

The shared spaces in the house are fully furnished and include a spacious living room (two large sofas), separate large dining room (furnished with a further sofa and a 6 seater dining table), a separate kitchen and utility area (including washing machine, tumble drier, fridge freezer and microwave) all on the ground floor .

The bathroom (1st floor) includes a separate shower and bath and has been recently redecorated along with the dining room and hall spaces. Kitchen and Bathroom offer great views over Sheffield!

The two ladies that are already in the house are young professionals and very easy to get on with.
