The room is on the first floor and is light, well equipped with double glazing, central heating, desk and chair, double bed, bed side cupboards. There is also a walk in wardrobe/cupboard. This room has been redecorated for this tenancy.
The house is equipped with SuperFast Fibre broadband with excellent signal throughout the house.
There is a dining, social room for shared use.
The kitchen has just been refurbished and includes a new oven oven, microwave, new automatic washing machine and 2 fridges. Cooking pans, plates and other utensils are provided.
