Double Room In Beautiful Apt.

The Building

Large mezzanine double room available in my apartment. I live with my dog, who is so full of character, so someone who loves dogs is a must. She is only home part of the week as she spends some weeks in the Peak District.

The apartment is one of the largest in the building and is open plan and spacious. We will share the bathroom facilities. We have 1 allocated parking space but we have plenty of communal visitor spaces and on street parking. All bills including high speed broadband are included.
The apartment is located with 5 mins walk of a tram stop into town and 10 mins drive you are out in the country, so great location to head out walking plus a few pubs that do a great Sunday lunch, or 10 mins to Kelham Island with lots of places to eat.

Ideally someone who really values a nice environment to live in and who is tidy, respectful, hygienic (covid), likes a laugh.. oh and must be up for trying my random baking!! I am usually away on business a few days per month or out and about in the Peaks. Thanks so much for looking :)
