We are looking for a clean and respectful professional housemate for this shared property.

The property is situated with excellent transport links, 10 minute walk to Sheffield Train Station, and Supertram stop or a 30 second walk to the nearest bus stop. There are also a local shop and takeaways a minutes walk up the road.

The City Centre is within 15/20 minutes walking distance. Alternatively, there is a bus stop just up from the property. It is a 5 minute bus journey to the centre with buses running every 7 minutes.

All bills are included in the rent (gas, electric, water, council tax, insurance and unlimited fibre broadband). All appliances, equipment and utilities are included in the rent as well.

This property is none smoking throughout, however a smoking area is provided.
