My land lady is looking for 3 people to fill the rest of the house I lived in last year. As I lived mostly with Masters students, we all moved out but enjoyed living there!

All rooms have double beds, desks, chairs and wardrobes. There are two showers and a downstairs toilet. There is plenty of extra storage space in the cellar and even a tumble drier.

1 minute walk from Ecclesall Road where there is a big Tescos and other great restaurants and shops. The buses regularly go into town and the peak district, and the house is only 12 minute walk from The University of Sheffield (Firth Court) and pretty close to Hallam too.

There is a nice garden which is paved with a long washing line and the house is located next to the Botanical Gardens.

Landlady lives in Sheffield so is able to attend to anything very promptly. She is also very friendly! Deposit is around £250. Bills not included.

Ideally you are a postgraduate, mature student or medical student.
