Large Attic Room

I have an attic room available to rent in a semi-detached house in Woodseats. The area has excellent bus links to the city centre and a short drive to Chesterfield. The house is on a quiet road and has free street parking. The property has just been fully renovated to a high standard.

The room available is the attic that spans the whole house and is actually divided into two good size rooms. Both rooms are rented out as one and would be ideal for someone who would like a room and massive dressing room or private lounge. The room has a double bed, bedside table, chest of draws. Dimensions 4.7x3.6 and 4.6x3.6 both into the eaves.
The house has a brand new Ikea kitchen (built in microwave/fridge/dishwasher) that opens up into the dinning room, ideal for entertaining.

There is a large living room with a snug leather sofa, gas fireplace and TV ideal for chilling and bingeing on Netflix.

The shower-room is light, bright and clean but no bath I am afraid.

The garden is quite large and has a small deck area that is a sun trap in summer, excellent for those impromptu BBQ's. Recently spruced up with some new turf and deck.

Because the house has been renovated throughout (including a brand new oak floor on the ground floor and newly carpeted elsewhere) I am looking for profesional and responsable adult who enjoy living in a nice house and will take care of it.

I am a Spanish teacher and tend to go away a lot at half term and over summer and I basically live at my boyfriends, so housemates would get the spacious house to themselves. There is another lovely lady in the second bedroom. So it will just be you two people living in the house.

Basically, I am looking for someone I can trust with my house as if it were their own.

All bills are included and the rooms should available from the beginning of June.
