BIG Double Room Available in Student House

Hi everyone, I'm moving to London so I'm currently looking for a replacement for my room for the remainder of the tenancy I've signed for (it will end on the 30th of June). The move in date would be the 1st of March, or anytime after that date really but just not before. Ideally we'd be looking for another female student to take over but if you're a professional then you can still enquire :)

So for the boring details:

Bills are not included in the rent. Currently, we all pay one of the other tenants £40 a month (per person) to cover the cost and if we've overpaid, she pays us back at the end.

The room is a massive double room - one of the biggest in the house by far! It comes fully furnished (bed, wardrobe with mirror, big table with a chair, bedside table, large chest of drawers, bedroom vanity and another set of plastic drawers). It's right next to the bathroom and is located on the top floor of the house. There are two other rooms on the same floor, so the bathroom would be shared between you and two other people. There is also a second toilet located on the same floor. We've never really had issues with shower times clashing so it's been pretty good!

There is also the kitchen, which has two sets of hobs, an oven, two fridge/freezers, a microwave, plenty of storage space, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The lounge is also quite big with LOTS of seating spaces, as you can see from the photo!

Everyone who lives in the house is quite friendly and they all do different degrees at university, so they're all hardly in at the same time as one another. There are 3 final year students, 1 second year student and 2 fourth years. One important thing is that they do have a cleaning rota every week for the bathroom and communal areas (kitchen and lounge). So you'd be expected to clean both the bathroom and communal areas at least once a month.
