Single room in a 3 bed house share

Good location - 52 bus route is at the end of the road. Tram into the city centre, Hillsborough shops and Morrisons is a 3 minute walk. Walkley shops and cafes are also walking distance. Quiet road with on-street parking.

Spacious and cosy living room and large kitchen/diner which is great for having friends over and house meals! Newly fitted carpets and bathroom.

We moved to Sheffield together and been friends for years and have recently started a charity here. We're busy people with part-time work as well as the community based charity work so we're out and about often but when we are in the house we like to relax with a good film and a glass of wine.

The room is a small single. One of us lived in this room before and it can be made cosy! There's a large chest of drawers, a smaller bed side cabinet style chest and a clothes rail. Can probably fit a small wardrobe if you would like to put one in. It's on the first floor next to the bathroom.

We're looking for a housemate who is easy going, sociable, caring and contributes to the cleaning of the house.

Bills inc. council tax, gas, electricity, broadband and water are not included.
