I'm after a lodger to take my large double attic bedroom in a lovely terraced house just off Abbeydale Road. Just a 5min walk from the Broadfield and PHS, really short drive to Tesco, Aldi etc and loads of great local independent shops. Extremely regular bus service into town, out to Totley and further afield.
Your room is accessible by stairs at the top of the house, and comes equipped with brand new bed and mattress, Velux window, bookcase, drawers, clothes rail etc. The whole house is fully furnished. There's a small patio garden and shared kitchen, living room, washing machine and bathroom you'll have access to. Monthly rent includes gas & electric, internet, water and council tax if applicable.
I'm laid back and love a glass of wine at the great local pubs. I'm also houseproud, and relatively introverted so really appreciate my own space - I need a housemate who will respect this! I freelance and keep busy with lots of different hobbies, and work part time in hospitality, so my schedule isn't exactly a 9-5!
Small pets and cats considered, but we're right by the busy main road so discretion advised. The house itself isn't really suitable for dogs - really steep stairs!
