Room to rent

I’m looking for a female lodger only, I have a cat who can be very territorial and doesn’t really get on with other animals so unfortunately decline anyone who has a pet, smoking outside is fine but not indoors, I do like to create a very peaceful home and like to have my alone time as well as I spend time doing yoga and meditation so appreciate some quiet in the mornings, I like to spend time relaxing in the garden and I have outdoor furniture and fire pit if you want to relax outside, I enjoy travelling and going on hikes and would appreciate anyone who would be willing to feed the cat when I travel as I plan on spending a lot of time working abroad next year so you would have the house to yourself, would love to have someone here who is like minded and spiritual with a good energy and the same interests. Your room has a double bed and a small wardrobe, we would have a shared bathroom there is a small bath. I have a large garden so if you like to spend time gardening or planting your own veggies you are welcome to do so. There is only street parking, I have a washing machine and 2 fridge freezers, Broadband and all other bills are included in the cost I am happy to accept short term as well I want someone who is kind to animals. I’m not much of a party person but occasionally I will host a girls night with cheeseboards for my friends and I always host Christmas dinner for my family but it doesn’t go on too late and you are always welcome to join us.
