I am a hard working, busy, professional female who is seeking to let out a room in my beautiful (even though I do say so myself) spacious cottage.

The cottage is just off the Al, (a mile at most) and is easily accessible to Leeds - (40 mins), Sheffield - (45 mins), Rotherham - (30 mins), Barnsley (40 mins), Wakefield - (30 mins) and Doncaster - (20 min).

The rent includes, a lovely double room, your own shower room, ample parking, a living room, (though I rarely use it as I have my own) and sharing a kitchen even Nigella would be envious of!

The cottage is rather sprawling, so we would have plenty of space.

There is a lovely well maintained garden and great patio area.

There is broadband and all bills are included. (Though not council tax) This is a fantastic rare opportunity to share a beautiful home, with all mod cons and a lovely person who is easy to get on with. I do have a cat Oscar, who thinks he owns the cottage!
