We have a spare double en-suite room in a 6 year old house. There is also a garage where a tenant may store things if they need. Our house is 5 minutes walk from main Stocksbridge town and another 3-5min to Fox Valley. Buses to Sheffield centre and tram link is a 2min walk from the house. There is on-street parking directly in front of the house. The room is extra large with an en suite and full wall wardrobes. There is space for a desk and we have a king size bed frame available. The house is occupied by an owner couple, a young student and a child. We have an older cat and we are a vegan household. You are welcome to cook animal products, but we’d ask you bring your own cooking equipment. For a couple, the price will increase by 30%.
