Room to rent in Amington

I have one double room in my 3-bed terraced house in Amington, Tamworth.

The room can be furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe if desired. Alternatively, you can bring your own furniture.

There is one shared bathroom, a shared kitchen and a shared living room / dining room.

There is no designated parking at this house. There is some on-street parking however. But you may not always get a parking space directly outside the property.

All bills are included April - November. Winter energy bills will be split between all occupants.
