Room to rent / house share big 3 bed detached

Big 3 bed modern detached house with nice size garden and garage . The house is partly furnished and has a fully fitted kitchen with granite surfaces complete with cooker washer dryer kettle microwave and dishwasher. The living room is also huge as it is connected by an archway to the dining room which could easily be used as a completely separate lounge should we feel the need to do so . conservatory on the back of the house too which is connected by sliding glass patio doors to the dining room . Also has a small downstairs toilet . Upstairs is the 3 bedrooms and a bathroom . The master bedroom is the bedroom that will be being rented out as it is the biggest room with built in wardrobes and fully fitted ensuite so this will give the Tennant the most privacy and of course a lock will be provided . The only room that is off limits will be my bedroom on the back of the house as the rest of the house is there for you to feel as much at home as possible . I am a 38 year old man , my kids DO NOT live with me at this house as they live with their mom . I work 6 days a week as a roofer so I'm always out of the house from 6am till around 4 pm . I don't have guests round very often and I don't throw wild loud parties at the weekends . I enjoy a couple of beers after work or on a Saturday afternoon but my days of partying are well behind me . You are welcome to have guests within reason however not sleeping the night and not 6 people turning up for a drinking session but I am not strict and I'm sure you will find me pretty easy to get on with. I will be away 2 or 3 times a year anyway in thailand as my fiance lives and works out there so I visit her a few times a year and I am currently working on a 5 year plan to build a home on some land i have purchased out there and then when I'm 50 to go and retIre out there . Couples are more than welcome however if you are a couple the price would be 140 per week as of course the bills are included and the bills would be much higher with 3 of us living there . As stated it is partly furnished , however the main thing you would need is a bed as I have a sofa and TV for downstairs and the kitchen is completely fitted . I do consider pets but would prefer to know what sort of pet you have or are thinking of buying before going forward . But yes , any questions please feel free to ask . P. s the house is a 2 minute walk from Morrisons and 5 minutes from McDonald's. And photos will be added when I move in on the 1/3/20 but I could arrange a quick viewing beforehand if interested.
