The location is fantastic, a short bus ride to the town centre and close to all amenities.
The room and house is fully furnished to a very high standard. The room benefits from a double bed and mattress, wardrobe chest of drawers and bed side table.
The house has Broadband and digital TV point in every room, it has a great communal living room with a with wall mounted Flat screen Digital TV, leather sofa. The house also boasts 6 fitted bathrooms with showers. Outside is a lovely private patio area to enjoy a glass of wine after a stressful day at work!
The communal rooms are cleaned fortnightly at no extra costs.
All bills - water, gas electricity, TV licence (in communal room) are included in the rent - Broadband supplied too! There are no hidden costs - the monthly rental figure is all you pay.
