Pets allowed only with prior permission of landlady. Already have a tenant with a cat that stays in bedroom.
A holding deposit of £25 will be taken after agreeing to take room. I have been let down by potential tenants so I would like genuine enquiries only.
BTW it's a lovely area close to McArthur Glen Designer Retail Park and local shopping centre
