The room is in a semi detached house on a very quiet street short walk from Tamworth town centre. The house is on the local bus route and a 5 minute drive from Tamworth train station. The guy you will share with is only here 4 nights, and works in the day, so he just sleeps here monday to thurs, so effectively you will have a house to yourself, with all BIlls included.

This room would ideally suit a working professionals happy to accommodate couples but the rent would have to be £140 per week for couples as this would include all bills.. the room is fully furnished with comfortable queen size bed and built in wardrobes, wifi broadband, new carpet and painted.

The room is £120 per week, single person or £140 couple which includes all bills.

The guy currently here is very considerate, trustworthy, honest, clean, tidy, and well mannered, so looking at similar people to share with a £300 refundable bond.

References from past landlord and/or employer required and will be verified.
