• There are 2 bathrooms in the property. You will have your own shared bathroom.
• Parking is available outside the property. However, if I am not using my designated parking space you are free to use it which is behind some electric gates.

Flat mate will have full access to the kitchen, bathroom and living area. I have enlisted this property as a Monday to Friday let. But can be available for a full 7 day rent.

Ideally, this flat is available for a working professional. No couples. No smokers and pets. Sorry.

I work in the hospital and shift patterns will vary therefore I may arrive late or leave super early in the morning. Otherwise I’m a very laid back person who respects peoples space and privacy.

Rent doesn’t include bills.
