House is located in a lovely area of Leek convenient to the town centre. With a park at the front and two small gardens with the home.
Character and stylish home owned and occupied by a professional lady and one cat who works at work. With a rescue dog joining us soon too.
Owner has experience of supporting lodgers in the past.
Own room but all other rooms shared.. But enough rooms available for ‘own space’.
Lodger room recently totally decorated so it is fresh and clean, plus brand new bed linen provided if required.
Lodger will not be required to clean the house but will be required to clean their room and wash the bed linen regularly.
Furniture will be bought once Losing agreement confirmed.
Parking is roadside.
