Bedroom

Hi there Folks, My partner and I currently have 1 double rooms for rent. This room is available now. This Bedroom is a double and has its own en suite with Shower bath, toilets, sinks, razor plugs and radiators. The room has been decorated to a very high standard.

Our home is located in the centre of Leek and just a stones throw away from town centre, Brough Park, local Gyms, restaurants, pubs and other amenities. There is street parking available which is free of charge and we are also close to the local bus station for people who need to commute to stoke/Mac or even Manchester.

Within the main area of the house we have a large kitchen Diner with double cooker and oven, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, microwave etc.

we have a large back garden which is private should you like to enjoy a bit of outdoor space the evening with a little glass of wine or a beer.

We are a sociable bunch who are very tidy and clean and due to the nature of our jobs we don't tend to see alot of each other accept at the weekends.

Rent is £110.00 per week which includes everything. We will require 2 references, one from and employer and one from a friend who will confirm you are of good character and also a deposit of £300.00 which will be returned on the last day of your let.
