Furnished double room in LIchfield

I am offering a double room in my 3 bedroom terraced home. I only let out one room and it is my own residence although I am out at work 5 days a week!

I am looking for a single working professional, no couples please.

Included in furnished is a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. I can provide bedding if required.

The room is at the back of the house, and as the house is offset from the main road and not on a thoroughfare is nice and quiet with off road parking.

We will share the bathroom (bath with electric shower over), through lounge/diner, kitchen and conservatory.

We will share use of the washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, under counter freezer, microwave, cooker and large fridge. Because this is a family home I have plenty of utensils, kitchen equipment etc and happy to share these.

Broadband is included as are all utility bills.

The front access is through the garden which backs onto pedestrian only access and a porch through to the hallway.

Access to the house is both front and back.

At the back is an enclosed patio area which is private and a nice space to sit.

Plenty of residential parking is available close to the property. And I'm close to a local bus route and local shops, gym, supermarket, chemist and doctors.

Anybody coming to share my house must like cats as I do have a friendly cat who will demand attention and feeding!

I am easygoing and go out a lot, happy with my own company or happy to chat. I will always respect your own space. My house is a lived in relaxed home and not a show home. I have had lodgers before so no what to expect.
