Hi. We are accredited landlords and have a 10 bedroom property or two 5 bedroom properties in Silverdale(next to Newcastle-under-Lyme) next door to each other (there is an internal door that can make the property accessible throughout or it can be locked depending on preference.
All houses are rented per room and not for the full house unless specifically asked for.
There is a weekly cleaner, gardener and window cleaner along with a large private off road car park and large back garden.
Rooms are £90-£100 with all bills payed for including tv licence and Wi-Fi.
The contract is 48 weeks and can be started when convenient by yourselves and ended 48 weeks from the start date.
All checks and safety are up to date.
The houses have 2 en-suites in each property and all rooms have a double bed, side table, desk and chair and wardrobe along with clothes rails in some rooms.
There is a communal room and dining room in each house along with large kitchens and downstairs toilet.
The rooms have some large doubles.
