If you are looking for a very calm. quite and relaxing house share, then this room will be ideal. You will be sharing with only two other housemates and it is very likely you will rarely see them! The kitchen, bathroom and living room will usually always be vacant and it will feel like you have the house to yourself. The street itself is off the main road and the neighbours are also very quite.

The current full time employed housemates are clean, friendly and respectful and I am always extra careful to whom I rent rooms too, so you can rest assured that you will always be living with nice people!

The house itself is virtually new as it was completely refurbished not so long ago, and is always kept clean and tidy. As a private local landlord, I respond quickly to any maintenance issues, so you do not have to be concerned in the unlikely event something will need to be fixed. The Room is lockable and all modern furnishings are provided including a memory foam mattress.

There is on street free parking, and the house is a 15 minute walk into Newcastle town centre and on the main bus routes. Near to several business parks including Lymedale, Holditch, High Carr and Keele. Easy access to the M6 junctions 15 and 16, the A50 and A500. Keele University and the University Hospital of North Staffordshire are both just 10 minute drives
