There is a bathroom with a dedicated shower, and downstairs toilet with sink. There's also a modern combi-boiler with smart heating so you'll always have a warm house and have plenty of hot water.

The house is well located. It's a 10 minute walk to Newcastle centre, then a 15 minute bus ride to Keele Uni. It's also on a bus route to Newcastle. There's ample on street parking. Sainsbury's and Lidl are walking distance and there are lots of takeaways nearby too.
