Single person occupancy only
Arrive-Monday eve after 4pm to Friday morning 10am
Occasional weekend stay- possible on discussion with landlords but not a regular 7 day residency.
Double room in quiet Street with your own bathroom /shower just across hallway.
You have use of the large kitchen area and garden.
Wall mounted TV
Double bed with desk, wardrobe etc, bedding provided, but bring your own towels.
Tea and coffee facilities in kitchen and use of kitchen for light cooking.
Dishwasher
Must be a clean person and respect household
(no scutty dishes left in your room lol)
No pets
NONE smoking guests only
In a lovely market town /village Penkridge.
5 minute walk to the canal and cycling and Cannock Chase is 3 mile away.
Bikes can be stored in the garden - locked up and you can cover it.
There are local country pubs within a 5 minute walk
Train station - 10 minutes walk max
