The house is gorgeous throughout. Real wood floors, large kitchen/diner, grand piano, garden, 200Mbps broadband, off-street parking, 10-seater dining room, storage cellar, dedicated utility room. There is absolutely acres of space in this house.

There are two living rooms in the property, one with a TV/games consoles etc. the other with a grand piano and large seating area. You are free to use both, but the TV room will not be available during most evenings and weekends as the landlord is a gamer and tends to wind down in there during evenings and at weekend. If the landlord is out, you are free to use it as you please. Also, landlord is often in bed by 9pm (and up at 5am) so you are free to use this room after that time. A large TV and digital TV services can be supplied to your room with ease and at no extra cost if you so desire.
