The room available is furnished with a good sized double bed, and spacious built in wardrobe. There is access to a shared bathroom but as we have an en-suite this receives minimal usage.
There is access to a kitchen and garden and the house has a weekly cleaner visit.
I am a 38year old professional and live with my 10year old daughter who also spends 50% of her week with her dad. We also have 2 dogs, a cat and gold fish - so are looking for an animal friendly lodger!
The house is located at the bottom of a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance of the local shop, and is conveniently located for both Keele and Newcastle
