Rent is £390 per month payable on the anniversary day of when you move in. On signing contract 1 month and a £150 deposit will be due up front.

The house has generously big communal rooms, two bath/shower rooms, a good sized lounge that also incorporates a large dinning table and doors on to the sunny garden and patio area.

The house is a short 15 min walk from The County Hospital and Beacon Business Park by the old university campus.

The kitchen comes equipped with cutlery, pots and pans, plates etc. There are two large fridge/freezers, a double oven/grill with hob and washing machine + dryer.

Each room has a thermostatic valve on the radiator and the heating is controlled by residents.

The lounge has large comfy corner sofa and a nice flat screen TV along with a brand new dining table to eat or use your laptop on. There is a grass garden patio area perfect for summer BBQs.
