Fresh from a recent renovation, it’s a highly appealing student property.

The bedrooms are very homely and decorated to a high standard. The unused fireplaces have become a feature in some of them.

Two of the bedrooms have a desk and chair to make study more comfortable. Furthermore, each has a wardrobe and drawers for storage.

This lovely student house is the closest to Staffs Uni that we have. Hence, it is hugely popular year after year.

Typical of a mid-terraced house in the student quarter, the lounge is fairly roomy. Also the norm, is a door that leads to the kitchen, and one to the stairs.

This is a great little social space. There are two 2-seater sofas together with a table and four chairs. They’re perfect for viewing the large wall-mounted TV.

The kitchen follows on from the lounge and contains all the essential white goods. Plus, as you would expect, a microwave, kettle and toaster come as standard.

The final room on the ground floor is the shower room. It comes with a square shower cubicle, sink and WC.

In just a few strides you can be out of your front door and onto College Road campus. This superb student house is literally that close. It’s also just across the road from the Leek Road campus.

When you need to travel to and from Stoke, the train station is nearby. Likewise Stoke town centre. There you’ll find two major supermarkets – Sainsbury’s and Lidl. Plus a host of top notch pubs and eateries, whatever your taste.
