Whole house; I am going abroad with work from October to April so any renter will have the house to themselves during that time, with full access to the house, apart from the other two bedrooms.
5 minutes walk to the hospital. Very close to the Co-op and another 5 minute walk to a Tesco Express.
Pets would be considered - I have a dog, as long as they get on/are well behaved.

Parking is available on the street - permits are available.
Water, council tax and broadband bills would be covered but electric and gas would be weighted towards renter whilst I am away. Open to negotiation.
Double room - can be furnished or unfurnished. Bath and shower, downstairs toilet. Kitchen has range cooker.
Someone who is neat and tidy and willing to share my home preferred.
