I am renting my newly decorated double room. It has plenty of space, currently had brand new double bed in the process of getting more furniture-storage. I'm looking for a professional female to share my house with, Currently renovating, So I'm still in the process of buying furniture but most of the decorating is finished. So it will be much better than the photos in a few weeks!!! Its a cute and cosy little house, with 2 living areas you are free to use, open plan kitchen, bathroom and log burner, There is also a fairly large garden with a summer house and decking your also welcome to use, There is a cellar and a shed if you wanted extra storage or to store bikes ect. There is always parking on the street. Close to the a50 so really good for commuting. Looking for someone to share my home with so they would have to be clean, tidy and trustworthy.
