It's a unfurnished double room I'm a live in landlord but hardly here it has a garden and full WiFi use and parking on street I will be able to sort a parking permit out its close to festival Park and 10 min walk from train station. I don't want deposit just 100 a week all I ask is you work and can prove this. Its only the double room which isn't furnished the rest of the house obvious is its a nice cosy home it will be updated with pics on here soon has am there to take some more.
