Hi,
There are 3 double rooms in total, currently 2 females living in the house.

The House -

3 story house on a quiet cul de sac estate over looking fields and canal. Bathroom on each floor, open downstairs living space with modern kitchen including dishwasher, wine cooler and washing machine. TV with Now TV entertainment package and super fast Unlimited internet . Monthly window cleaner and gardener, cleaner for shared areas. Key locks on all 3 bedrooms. Double drive that is shared with the 3 housemates although the street is very quiet and ample on street parking.

The Garden -

Beautiful patio with seating area.
The Room’s
Top floor double room including double bed and 3 built in wardrobes in the walk-in wardrobe and en-suite. All furniture is French Moroccan, room also comes with 40 inch TV and Now tv, Netflix, computer desk and chair.
AVAILABLE 17TH JUNE

2 middle floor double rooms including a double bed, 3 built in wardrobes, lcd tv, now tv, Netflix, (sharing a bathroom with bath, shower, sink, toilet which gets cleaned by cleaner)
1 x AVAILABLE 1ST JUNE
What I’m looking for -

Looking for an easy going housemate. The only thing I ask is someone who is clean, tidy and will respect my home. The 2 other house mates both work full time.
