Double room with bathroom, parking and WiFi.

Hello,

I am Rob, a firefighter based in Tamworth, I am renting out a double bedroom in my own home. The room is in a detached house on a very quiet housing estate a short walk (10 minutes) from Tamworth town centre. The house is on the local bus route and a 5 minute drive from Tamworth train station. I work shifts so finding a trustworthy honest lodger is more important than just getting the room let.

This room would ideally suit a working professional returning home at weekends, it has its own bathroom, off road parking with unlimited 50mb fibre optic wifi broadband.

The room is currently furnished with a wardrobe, drawers, double bed and bedside cabinet.

The room is £100 per week, which includes all bills.

The lodger will be living in my own home so they must be a considerate, trustworthy, honest, clean, tidy, non smoking professional with a £500 refundable bond.

References from past landlord and/or employer required and will be verified.

If you are interested in renting my spare room please request a copy of my lodgers agreement, if the terms of the agreement meet your needs we can then arrange a viewing. If the room meets your needs I will then request and verify references prior to any prospective lodger moving in.

* Absolutely no couples or individuals hoping to share this room, the room is for one person only.

* I do not have SKY TV, I do not want it and will have it fitted under any circumstances.
