Looking for someone to rent my spare bedroom for at least 6 months preferably long term as a lodger.
Mill Hill, off high lane.
I'm a male owner and will come and go using the front bedroom. I'm looking for a professional who is mature, reliable, clean and tidy.
An informal agreement would suit me although i will provide a terms of reference. I work away from home and would only be around once a month if that. You will essentially have the property to yourself for the most part but for lodger/houseshare money.
The bedroom is ready on the 30th June. The house is to a good standard throughout, is furnished and has ongoing improvements.
Room isn’t en-suite however the bathroom is directly across the hallway.
