Looking for a house mate to rent my spare room

My names Laura, I have lived in my house in Tutbury since 2015. I am a young (ish) professional who owns my own house. After separating from my partner I am looking to rent out the lovely second bedroom which is furnished with fitted wardrobes and a double bed, mattress quilt etc. I would like to find someone like minded, an animal lover as I have a cat and part time dog I look after. My house is well kept, nicely decorated, finished to a high spec and situated in a really great village with local pubs and restaurants to visit as well as being walking distance to the train station. Tutbury is well located for commute to Burton and Derby. I am only 5 miles from burton hospital. I spend a few nights a week at my boyfriends house and work full time. Perfectly happy with someone who works shifts. As I am a female my preference is for a female house mate but I will consider male applicants, it's more about finding the right person. I would consider myself a normal girl, pretty easy going, really sociable, like meeting me people and visiting new places.
By the way ... the The house has a lovely patio and then a garden also, there is just not enough picture allowance on the website to upload pictures to show this. The parking is on the road but it is not a busy road and its opposite the house not far away. I havent ever had trouble parking my car.
