The flat consists of two-bedrooms and a living room. It is located in Bridge of Allan, 7 mins cycling to the university and two-minute walking distance to Henderson Street.
While the whole flat is furnished, the room available is only partly furnished (comes with bed and fitted wardrobe). The apartment is in modern state, spacious and includes storage space for bikes and other utensils.
The flat will be shared with me, a 3rd year PhD student quiet, organized and sociable. I look for a like-minded person to stay long term (at least 10 to 12 months).
The cost for the room is £375 bills not included (around £425 with bills) plus council tax if not a full time student.
