Lovely quiet house in the center of Causewayhead less than 10 minute walk from Stirling University.

I am Triathlete looking to rent a double room to a student who wants a nice place to live close to Stirling University.

There are 2 shared bathrooms for the 3 bedroom property each with a shower and lots of storage space in the downstairs bathroom.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and 2 fridge freezers so there is loads of storage space for food.

The whole house is fully furnished.

There is a bike shed beside the house to store bikes in.

There is a shared garden with drying area and seating.

Each bedroom has a full sized double bed with underbed storage, built in wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, bookcase and bedside table. Pillows and Quilts included but you will need to provide your own bedding and towels. there is also a clothes airer for each room.

All bills included and cityfibre internet which allows 3 people to stream at once.

Deposit and rent payable one month in advance.

The room is available from the end of March
