Winter let in Crianlarich

Hi there :)

NB: The house is now booked in January so is now available on a weekly/monthly basis for Nov, Dec, Feb & March.

I have converted my house in order to holiday let next year. I live upstairs with my two friendly dogs and the entire downstairs is currently empty.

There are two double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large sitting room with two big sofas, dining table and woodburning stove. There is also a bathroom with electric shower and bath.

Myself and the dogs will use the front entrance which means we will walk through the living space occasionally (at sociable hours!) but otherwise the entire downstairs is for guests/tenants.

I am looking for two people/couples who are happy to share the living space. The rooms will be available from October 20th until til March 22nd (but excluding early January) The rent is £650 pcm/per room INCLUDING ALL BILLS AND BROADBAND.

I am very quiet and very active. I work away 3 days a week and the dogs go to a sitter so you will have the place to yourself. When I am here I will be mostly upstairs (there's an internal locking door) but I'm also very happy to chat when our paths cross :)

Crianlarich is a fabulous village. There's train station and lots of buses. The pub and hotel are friendly and full of locals and the Londis shop is really well stocked. The Co op in Killin is the nearest supermarket (20 mins) everywhere else (Stirling, Oban, Fort William, Glasgow) is a little over an hour.

There's parking at the property and a little storage space in the garage if you need it.
