Hi there, I have a good-sized, comfortably furnished double going in my flat for the next 6 months that would suit a mature adult – a full time student is preferable but I'm open to other professions. I'm a freelance graphic designer who works from home a fair bit and I'm looking for someone to share the costs of the place.
I'm very used to shared-living, having done it for years and years, so pretty relaxed about everything. Just looking for somebody who is basically decent, clean, responsible and happy to either have a chat or get on with their own stuff.
I have a dog who is very sweet and he will adore you (he adores EVERYONE!!), so you need to be happy about his presence in your daily life – he's not a pain, just does love attention so will always be super pleased to see you!!!
There's ample parking or the bus stop is 10 mins away for the X36 into Stirling. There are also regular buses into Falkirk for trains to Edinburgh or Glasgow.
If you're interested, please drop me a line about yourself, and we can take it from there :)
