Shower room downstairs, next to large dining kitchen plus communal lounge with Virgin TiVo (I work from here as now home based working).

Retail park and Tesco, Morrisons, Asda all less than 5 minutes walk. Plenty gym options, cinema, restaurants and bars.
Traditional, spacious terraced house in quiet street - also quiet house (except for dog barking) as occupants follow their own busy schedule, so independent living is possible. (Full occupation is 3 rooms with each following their own schedules). Cleaning of own spaces and used areas responsibility of lodger. General cleaning carried out by landlady. A friendly 10 year old Kelpie/border collie dog lives in the house (good guard dog😀)
I am a mature, live in landlady with a busy schedule. Short term contracts have been offered the past 10 years with some longer ones.
Easy access to BP and Ineos, plus Larbert Hospital (a short drive or regular train/bus service). Falkirk Community Hospital, Forth Valley College. Very good train connections for Edinburgh or Glasgow commute; 3 min walk to train station. NO SMOKING permitted in house but there is an enclosed area and garden for outside; also good for enjoying the sun. Building insurance is for non smoking. On street parking.
