Hello, I have a bright sunny double bedroom for rent from Jan 2024 to July 2024 in Falkirk. I live just off the canal, very handy for walking, biking, sightseeing, trains and buses. Access to Forth Valley hospital by bus or train. Street parking. My current house guest is a nurse. Rental can be weekly or monthly.
I live with two cats I am a writer, quiet, respectful.
The Living room is where I write but guests are welcome to use dining table in the evening.
I'm mature, friendly and a vegetarian. If you aren't vegetarian its not a huge deal, but a non smoker is a must.
