Large, bright double bedroom flat in the heart of the city centre is available from 1st of January.
Flat is fully furnished. It is comprised of 2 double bedrooms, a spacious kitchen (washing machine and dryer is included), a large living room and a shared bathroom. Storage space is available. The property is kept to a good standard.

The flat is located in the centre, in Baker street. It is 3 mins by walk from the Thistle central shopping centre. The bus station and the train station are 5 minutes away by walking. Supermarkets and pure gym are only 10 mins away walking. Pubs, restaurants and night clubs are just across the road. If you are a car owner, you can apply for a car permit from the council.

The rent for the double bedroom is 275 pounds (additional costs include council tax-approximately 80 pounds each, electric bills-depending on the season/ average 40 pounds a month each, more during winter and broadband-12 pounds). No deposit for the property is required. The property is friendly for small pets. No smokers please unless the person is willing to smoke outside the flat.

A little bit about myself: I am a mental health care professional. I am quite busy with work and I am out most of the day. I am a gym goer and I am into fitness and weight lifting. I like keeping the flat clean and tidy and I am looking for someone who is equally tidy and well-organised (nothing extreme of course). Because of my life style I am not a party animal and I prefer quite nights at home or socialising with friends. I am flexible adjusting to the needs of a more outgoing person, as long as it’s not something extreme. I am looking for a male or female young professional. I would also consider students. Good communication in the flat is required to keep the balance and a positive atmosphere within the home. I am very friendly, outgoing and ideally, I would like to become friends with the person I will share the flat with.
